Vacuum Circuit Breaker MHVCB

Megawin Vacuum Circuit Breaker MHVCB consist of manual/motor operated spring charged mechanism mounted on withdrawable truck with three vaccum interrupters. The operating Mechanism is simple and robust in design.

The mechanism is trip free and suitable for rapid reclosing. The Vacuum interrupters are capable of swicthing capacitive currents and small maganetising current.

The closing spring is charged by the motor in less than 12 seconds .Electrical anti pumping feature is provided.

The VCB truck type MHVCB is incorporated in a MS sheet cubicle type MSI.

Interlocks

The main Switch and the Earth Switch are mechanically interlocked Such that the earth switch can be made ON only after the main Switch has been switched OFF and vice versa.
Pad locks can be offered as optional extra to lock either the main switch or the earth switch in ON or OFF position.
Pad locking facility can also be offered for the cudicle doors as an optional addition.
Access to the HT HRC Fuse chamber is possible only after switching OFF the main switch.
Cable Testing Facility for Insulation Testing of the cables is avaliable with suitable interlocks.

Modular LBS with EB metering Facility.

Modular LBS panel either as incomer in multipanel units or as ring feeder in ring main with EB metering can be offered.

The CT, PT and TOD meter are housed in a separate cabinet with tamper-proof sealing arrangement.

Modular LBS with unique o/c & E/F protection.

Mobular LBSpanel either as outgoing in multipanel units or as Tee-off feeder in ring mains with protective relay.

The Modular LBS panel can be offered with unique current sensor operated numerical over current and earth fault relay.
